This thesis project was created to bring attention to relaxation techniques and utilizes aspects of the 4-7-8 breathing technique. The visuals were geared towards promoting relaxation in order to assist people in releasing anxiety by keeping viewers in a calm state of mind. The overall project consists of many different parts, including a multichannel media experience, an app, and cards with breathing techniques for viewers to take home. These cards also linked to a YouTube channel where process videos, breathing techniques, and final videos of the designs can be found.
Unfortunately, the display and presentation of this project was scheduled in early 2020 as Covid was beginning, and the in-person event had to be cancelled.
